January 2010 - Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco
Slow CowTM was at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, held January 17 to 19, 2010. This show is the largest gathering of specialty, gourmet, ethnic, natural and organic food industry players on the West Coast of the United States. We got TV interviews with various US networks, including The Food Channel. The many visitors were enchanted to discover a new product.
